Through its national network of service partners you have the comfort of knowing that any product that you purchase with Frost can be serviced or repaired by my factory trained technicians, most times on your premises.

    • Terms & Conditions of Service

      1. Unless otherwise stated, equipment supplied by Frost Catering Equipment Pty Ltd covered by full 12 months parts and 12 months labour
      2. Not withstanding the above, warranties on equipment shall be limited to that of the individual manufacturer and to the repair or replacement of defective goods or parts supplied by Frost Catering Equipment Pty Ltd
      3. Warranty or free service is supplied only during normal working hours (Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm) excluding weekends and public holidays. Should emergency service be required for equipment failure outside normal working hours, the customer accepts the nominated after hours call out fee will be to his/her care, and will be paid to the service agent pursuant to their present trading arrangements.
      4. Free service applies only to equipment installed within a 50km radius of the Manufacturers service depot.
      5. Repair or replacement of defective goods will be at the sole and absolute discretion of Frost Catering Equipment Pty Ltd and or the manufacturer/supplier.
      6. No warranty is provided on quartz lamps, ceramic frets, spark probes, globes, glass, gaskets or blockages
      7. Any equipment or components which fail as a result of operator error, misuse, abuse and inappropriate operation will not be repaired or replaced under warranty and the customer will bear all responsibility for any costs associated with service
      8. The Customer is entitled to request that the service technician determine upon arrival, before commencing work, whether or not the repair will be covered under warranty, and if it is then determined that it will not be, send the service technician away and only pay the call out fee, which will be charged using the credit card details provided.
      9. The customer agrees to provide Frost Catering Equipment Pty Ltd with a credit card for pre-payment when requesting service under this warranty and agrees that Frost Catering Equipment Pty Ltd may charge the customer for any work done that specifically falls outside of these conditions of service.
      10. Frost Catering Equipment Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of goods or profits resulting from failure of equipment, defective materials or workmanship supplied by Frost Catering Equipment Pty Ltd.
